If the manufacturer can produce goods sufficiently then it is good but in the reverse case the prices will go up and the end user suffers. At Present situations changed there came a regulatory board for all the payments or salaries which need to be followed by any organization. There are acts and laws formulated for employees and workers remuneration and welfare. These laws and acts are mandatory to follow for any firm.
